Salalah Overseas Company is 100% owned by the same owners of S&P Co, viz. H.E. Saeed Ahmed Saeed Al Shanfari (former Minister of Petroleum), Shaikh Saeed Abdul Aziz Sabah Al Rawas and Ahmed Abdullah Mahfoodh Al Shaikh.
